Outstanding service Jimmy Fincher is a great guy. He will definitely take care of you and he understands that the insurance companies are scam artist and we’ll fight for you. Highly recommend taking your vehicle to him. He did a great job getting my car back on the road.

Absolutely would not recommend kept my vehicle for 7 months told me it would take 3-4 weeks to complete. Jimmy will lie to you when the truth sounds better. Always waiting on parts. Won’t complete the vehicle. Mine had damage done to it while in the shop. He fixed it but did a very poor job. Onto of that he will threaten to sue you. Horrible place. Horrible person. Cannot recommend to stay away enough.

I would absolutely recommend anyone go to Jimmy Fincher Body Shop. I had hail damage on my pickup and was not sure what the right route was, whether to repair it or if it might be totaled. They worked incredibly hard to be my advocate and made sure I was paid exactly what my truck was worth. My truck did end up being totaled, and they helped me every step of the way to make sure everything was handled correctly. Jace was absolutely awesome throughout the entire process. He took the time to educate me on how everything works and stayed by my side from start to finish. They were a strong advocate for me during my insurance claim and truly had my best interest in mind the whole time. I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. I appreciate them and their service more than they know. Just a great company to have in your corner when going through an insurance claim process!

Dropped my vehicle off (only the radiator and ac condincer was broken besides the body work I told them from the beginning I just want it fixed to drive he took the entire front end off wouldn’t put it back together and tried to total out my vehicle claiming it was 10 grand to fix it I canceled my claim and picked my vehicle up with a radiator in it so it’s drivable. Only good thing they did was give me a loaner car while they had mine for 2 weeks the gears didn’t shift wouldn’t go in park or reverse or anything though I literally had to put it in N and push it out of the driveway…. That’s besides the point I also asked them before I even had the vehicle dropped off if they were going to charge storage fees and he told me no!!! Then proceeded to charge my insurance 2,000$!! For storage fees I will add pictures of the way I dropped my vehicle off and the way I picked it up. Not happy will never bring another vehicle here again! Have to go to another body shop to get my front end put back on (which I found for only 1500 online)

Absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service! I was told by Jimmy 2-3 weeks to repair then they had my car for almost 6 weeks. Everytime I called he would tell me he didn’t know what was going on. When I finally got my car there were SOOOO many things wrong with it and when I tried to ask Jimmy to come look at it he refused and cussed out me, my husband, my mom and my daughter. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. My car roof is uneven, the hood is uneven! TERRIBLE JOB and ZERO customer service! This is just a few of the pictures. There is so much more. They are trying to charge my insurance for detailing it when there are black fingers all over the roof. Also trying to charge my insurance for pre/post Covid cleaning, my car was taken there July 2023!! I’m devastated.
